How It Works?

Your AirTag emits a secure Bluetooth signal that nearby devices in the Find My network can detect. These devices send the location of your AirTag to iCloud, and you can view its location on the map by opening the Find My app.

This entire process happens anonymously and encrypted to protect your privacy. Plus, the AirTag works so efficiently that you don’t need to worry about battery life or data usage.

Setup!

Turning On: Press the button briefly once; you will hear a chime, which indicates that the device is on and in pairing mode.

Add Your Smart Finder to the Find My App: Use the Apple Find My app to locate your device.

Locate it from your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac computer. You can start locating it remotely by attaching the device to your keys, wallet, or bag.

Turning Off: Hold the function button for three seconds; you will hear two warning sounds indicating that the device is turned off.
